Vice President — Business Development
Scott DeNardo is Vice President of Business Development for Providio MediSolutions, LLC. He is responsible for overseeing and managing sales and business development for the Northeastern Region of the United States.
Scott speaks with clients nationwide on MSP legal compliance issues facing all single-event and mass-tort attorneys. A practicing attorney for over twenty years; Scott is a personal member of both the Pennsylvania Association of Justice and the New Jersey Association of Justice, as well as a member of both states' bar associations. Scott is also Of Counsel to a personal-injury firm in Pennsylvania and intimately aware of the challenges of the practice.
Prior to his involvement with Providio; Scott was a VP, General Counsel for nearly 20 years for two large corporations. The first, one of the largest printing companies in the country, printed top medical and scientific trade journals, many of the most-popular magazines in the United States and the Law School Admission Test (LSAT). The second, the largest directory-assistance company in the world, was a multi-national corporation employing over 12,000 employees in ten countries.
Scott was also a founder and former director of Team Capital Bank. Prior to its successful sale to Provident Bank, he helped grow the organization to 12 branches in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and over one billion dollars in assets. He was also Managing Director of one of the largest CLE conference companies, providing over 140 conferences around the world each year on mass torts, brain injury, and various other personal-injury topics.
Scott received his undergraduate degree from Rutgers University in New Jersey in 1987. In 1991, he received his law degree from Western Michigan University's Cooley Law School – where he also served as Senator to his class.
